No one imagines that symphony is supposed to improve as it goes along, or that the whole object of playing is to reach the finale. The point of music is discovered in every moment of playing and listening to it. It is the same, I feel, with the greater part of our lives, and if we are unduly absorbed in improving them we may forget altogether to live them.
-Alan Watts, philosopher, writer, and speaker (1915-1973)
Poignant quote from Alan!
Sorry for my lack of blog posts, been too busy living my life—(and maybe too busy to enjoy it like Alan suggests, even).
My stats always show me a spike in my traffic every now and again, after the Jake Anderson loses his sister Deadliest Catch is aired. It’s been two years now since the death of my friend Chelsea Dawn Anderson passed away – and one year since her father Keith Anderson went missing. I still pray for their family- that they may know peace and closure regarding Keith’s whereabouts.
If you’ve heard anything or know of anything, please visit their reward site and help them find Keith!
